[电脑基术]Modify TCP Half Open Connection

As we all know,if we modify tcpip.sys in vista system will end up have to press F8 every
time when we turn on our computer to disable driver sign or else we cannot enter windows.

I felt fed up already until I discover this little software called TCPZ written by a Chinese
Programmer. No worries for those who cannot understand Chinese as it come along with multi
language which include English. Grab it now here!

In XP you can just modify the tcpip.sys using TCPZ.exe or TCPZ64.exe(for 64 bit version) but for
Vista you can only modify the value in the memory which required you do it every time after you have
restart your computer. But no worries, author seems kind enough to provide a easy way to us. All you have to do is do a installation and you are almost done. Now go to device manager and modify the value
and you are there, no need manual work anymore…Hooray!

But what  makes me a shock when I visit author’s blog, stated that Microsoft them self allow
user to do modification in registry value in TcpCreateAndConnectTcbRateLimitDeptheither 0 or 1*.
After change to 1, Windows will calculate the create rate and do the limitation. In default the value is
0 which mean that you do not need to modify any value and the TCP half open is not limited as
